What can I expect using an infrared sauna?

During your infrared sauna session, the Capital Cryo team adjusts the temperature to meet your needs. Initially, you may want to start a lower temperature, so you can give your body time to adjust to the heat.

While in the sauna, you can sit back and relax. Drink water before your visit and during your treatment to stay properly hydrated. You may also choose a drink that replaces your electrolytes as you sweat.

For your comfort, bring a towel to wipe away sweat and wear the minimum amount of clothing you’re comfortable with, such as a bathing suit to ensure you don’t overheat.

Each session lasts between 20-30 minutes. You can simply relax, listen to music, or read a book during your session
