“After recently being diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, I had extreme pain, inflammation, stiffness, and a month of very little sleep. On my last pain-filled sleepless night, I researched alternatives to pain meds and steroids. I found Capital Cryo and set up an appointment that morning, all while trying to suppress my extreme skepticism. I walked into an extremely clean and calm facility. Liz guided me through the process and answered all of my questions. I undressed, put on socks, slippers, robe and into the cryo sauna I went. Liz traded my robe for gloves and the freezing began. She talked to me through my 3 minute session and it was over before I knew it. I immediately felt great! Standing in -225+ degrees also gave me a burst of endorphins. Within an hour, my pain was greatly reduced, I was smiling, and in a great mood. I slept the entire night for the first time in over a month and woke up without the usual joint pain.
Still skeptical, I was determined to go twice before deciding if it was worth continuing and made an appointment for the next day. The associate guided me through this visit and was equally helpful and professional. After my second session, I had another day of feeling great and was almost pain free and experienced another full night’s sleep.
Cryotherapy has literally changed my world. My pain and inflammation are gone and I experience uninterrupted sleep. I now visit Capital Cryo on a regular basis.“
